I woke up, I didnt want to though I wish I could have just slept forever, but I couldnt. I opened my eyes and above me stood Flint, Jackie and Peter.
"Bailey!" shouted Peter leaning in to give a kiss.
"Wait." I said pushing back Peters puckered lips. He was my boyfriend, and had been for 7 months now. "Where am I staying?" I say looking at three of them.
"She can stay with me." said Flint Awkwardly. "I could clear out the-"
"Your barely old enough to drive." said Peter to Flint. It was true, Flint was only 16, the same age as me.
"Guys, it doesnt matter I'll just go stay with my aunt." I say stretching and standing up, but I fell, and Peter helped me up. I kissed him on the cheek and he smiled, but Flint just made a disgusted face and Jackie inched closer to him giggling.
"Bailey, your aunt died last year." said Peter calmly. "Dont you remember?"
"Oh yeah.." I muttered "I guess I'll stay with Peter for a while then."
The next 5 minutes was packing. Saying goofbye to Flint and Jackie.
"Wait!" I said before we walked out the door. "Why did Jackie hold a knife to my throat?" I said staring her in the eye.
"Oh." muttered Jackie. I thought you.." and her voice trailed off.
"Well?" I said waiting.
"I thought you had killed Flint." she said. Flint turned at her and looked wide eyed as if this was news. "Sorry, I didnt know what to do."
"So I guess 13 years of trusting eachother doesent mean anything to you?" I stammered and walked out the door.
The car ride was ok, 90's music the whole way there. Well atleast almost the whole way there, I think, I fell asleep halfway. Suddenly, the car came to a stop and I fluttered my eyes open. Peter kissed my cheek and came to the other side of the car to help me out. He picked me up and lifted me out of the car, I was so tired I didnt refuse. When we got the front stares and he put me down. It was a small house, blue paint on the outside and a cracked red front door. I smile as I walk in the door, I'm home. I thought, but little did I know coming here was the biggest mistake of my life.
