Just writing a story. If you think I should conrinue please write a comment and like. :) -------------------------------------------
I watch him as he jumps. What seems like 30 stories up, is to him just another risky leap. Down he plummets toward the water without a splash. I smile, and hold up all my fingers in the air representing his score, 10, no less. Although he didn't see me, that was my goal. I slowly slide myself back against the rock still remaining partially hidding by the tall grass and watch as he jumps back up the rocks with ease like a mountain goat. Another leap sends him off the tall rocks and back into the cold water below, but this time on his way down his foot smashes hard onto a rock. The way he screams makes me feel like he broke it and was in serious pain, but I remain hidden. Only because if he found out he wasn't alone hs may never come back to this spot again. I feel selfish and ashamed, but what could I did to help anyway? Being only 16 short and thin and him 18 and strong I could never support his weight. So I place my head down inbetween my knees, brush my long brown hair out of my eyes and wait. Unsure of what I'm waiting for I just sit there watching my torn face in the reflection of the water. Until I hear rustling behind me. My hand searches the ground for my bag, I stand up and start to run in the other direction. I know he's watching, I feel his cold blue eyes on the back of my head staring and pushing me forwards, but thats the exact opposite of what his voice says.
"Hey hang on!" Says a deep, loud, but almost in a whisper voice. I turn my head back to see him limping after me. Running I flip my hair back out of my eyes, but stumble on a branch loosing my balence. His footsteps come closer and closer until they stop, right behind me.
