Wall after wall I smack into But keep running Although I'm in two
Don't take a break Just keep running Don't worry about anything Stay sharp and cunning
Bam! Another piece gone Withering myself away Until I'm done
When the end comes I don't know Just keep running Jump high, duck low
Crash and fall Get right back up Tears on my face As I slip on a cup
Faceplant Into the ground Try to get back up But can only make a sound
'Just keep running.' Drilled into me Injured body, overriding emotions A sudden want to flee
Distraught Depressed Delighted Distressed
'Just keep running.' No, I've pushed Beyond the bar Not to be shushed
Eroded to a small piece Of what I remain to be No longer myself As all can see
Wet face A bloody arm And a scarred heart Never too far from harm
'Get back up. Just keep running' Over the edge Again and again, it's quite stunning
Every wall, I break Every bullet, I wither away
Constant pain Yet I'm here 'Just keep running.' Thinking without fear
Believe the finish Is nearing us Then another wall A relenquish of trust
Tears soak My face As I wait alone For Pains embrace
