I can't believe I've done this to my beautiful princess, the love of my life has just gone, just like that. It's been a week she's stayed in hospital and there has been no sign of improvement. The nurse said she would have come out of her coma yesterday and she hasn't moved a damn muscle. "Alonzo, please, please open your eyes. Please?" I begged every 5 minutes of so, "Alonzo? C'mon babe." as soon as I said that, the machine that was keeping her heart beating stopped. My Alonzo wasn't coming back, not now not ever. I placed my warm lips on her cold ones just before all the doctors and nurses came in and sorted out all her wires. Just as I took my lips from hers, a miracle occurred.....
