Looking at the calendar I smile.
It will be a good month, the best in a while,
Its the middle of Summer, and very hot,
Quite a lot of party invites on my billboard- Yes, a lot!
I'm planning on going swimming,
In a swimming race, I hope I'll be winning.
I've been making a list of things to do,
Some are hard ( like building tents ) and I'll meed the help of... * Points to random stranger * YOU!
It will be quite fun,
And all the cakes and cookies I make for everyone will just be plain YUM.
I'll be laying in the garden, reading a book,
Maybe the summer I turned pretty, or Oliver Twist (Its for my homework, see, look)
Anyway, now my poem is done,
