'Everyone got everything? Get off the phone! Hello?'
'Right, thats everything then, put your stuff in the car and off we go!'
The family clamber into the car, along with assorted teddies and phones,
Because where they're going is quite far.
They twiddle their thumbs and look out of the window as the traffic slows them down,
And at some point, along the way, someone managed to get poked with a plastic crown,
There are shouts of 'WERE HERE!' when clearly they were not,
And at least one person claimed there was something they forgot.
The radio changed all the time,
And the car smelt of air freshener ( Lime ).
When they got out, onto the beach, it started to rain,
So they got back in the car to drive all over again...
