I woke up way too early,
And now I'm lying here in bed,
Waiting for some sunlight,
To cast a spotlight on my head.
My room is enveloped in darkness,
My curtains are still drawn,
Yet I am wide awake,
With not the slightest yawn.
The clocks went back on Sunday,
And it's messing with my head,
I keep waking up at six,
Thinking it's seven instead!
