Energy runs through me,

I feel power within.

This meditation I use,

I will surely be with.

I feel it run through my bones,

My heart and my mind.

And I know if I continue,

I'll get stronger each time.

It is the key,

To a brighter future.

It is also a task.

We should all look toward it,

And we should never look back.

So give it a try,

Let your thoughts be a dream.

And give life a new,

Look from within.
