The sky is blue,

The grass is green,

The forests deep and homely.

Mountains tall,

The icy winds,

The peak so high, so lonely.

Streams flow down through valleys green,

Then out to sea they flow.

Waves crash upon the beach so pure,

The winds blow to and fro.

The sun shines down in all it's glory,

The moon shines bright at night.

Stars twinkle in their radiance,

Like diamonds filled with light.

Clouds roll by,

The rain it comes,

Quenching natures thirst.

The downpour stops,

Sun breaks through cloud,

A rainbows colour bursts.

Animals run freely,

Some soar the open skies.

From the smallest to the greatest,

Life, teeming with lives.

Man and woman too we live,

To child we give birth.

This wondrous life,

This miracle,

This planet we call Earth!
