Our Sgt Major was so full of vim
Till someone threw a tomato at him
Tomatoes are fine when wrapped in a skin
But this here tomato was wrapped in a tin
Sing hi sing low wherever we go I'm an ACC chef an I never say no
This used to be part of a song that we would sing when I join the Army Catering Corps
