If I were to die tonight,
tell me - would you be there to save me?
If I were to fall into an endless chasm,
darkness engulfing me,
would you be there?
Or would you run away -
leave me to fend for myself?
It's cold and cruel out there -
impossible to survive alone.
So tell me, if I took the knife to my chest,
if I took the gun to my head,
the pills to my mouth,
would you be there ggto save me?
Would you save me from death?
