In the crack of dawn, a small town sleeps, it's peace and calm and love. The windows closed, no light shows, not a sound, not a stir, not a dove.

In one shady corner, before the sun peeks, the darkness starts to break. A glow in a house, not as big as a mouse, a sign a person wakes.

The lights a bulb, it lets a glow, to make the purpose clear. It damps the dark, leaves it's mark, a shiny, happy tear.

For this one bulb, however small, not only the room it lights. It lights us whole, our very soul, and sets us on our lifelong flight.
