She was taken from her mothers arms, did she have no other choice? just a baby in her arms, an innocent with no voice.

To a mother so confused, was all of the truth told? it was such a tremendous loss, of a baby, just a few months old.

Hurt, and in pain with her separation, her pride won't admit to any weakness, emotions expressed and then suppressed, such an underlying sense of her meekness.

Such a heartbreaking decision, to give up all of her rights, to her pure flesh and blood, would nobody help her in her plight?

She can't cope with what she has had to do, and reacts to her loss by denial, She never existed, was never around, it's too late to put her on trial.

She was always so hard and never showed any emotion, so formal, so cold, with not a shred of a mothers devotion.

So over a time, her vulnerability showed none of her tears, did she ever stop to think about, all of her daughters lost years?

Years on, as the girl lives her life, now the truth, that has to be told, why did her mother reject her? so the search for her birthright unfolds.

As she goes through adolescent turmoil, she feels alone, and so neglected, on meeting her biological mother, it was not what she expected.

Just wanting to feel loved, or hugged, a kiss or some sign of her affection, a woman do distant, and so alone, Adoption in my mind, a mothers rejection.
