Thought disorders - vague or disorganised thinking. Delusion - unusual or bizarre beliefs ,sinking. Hallucinations - unusual sensory perceptions, hearing voices. Leads to self neglect, and unable to make the right choices.

Social withdrawal, loss of motivation and depression. Lack of energy and emotions, unable to experience, lack of expression.

We can't order the disorder- Manic depressive, Bi polar affective. Psychosis a complex condition, with extreme social isolation.

Psychosis in its many forms. Its course and outcome, can vary from the norm. Misinterpreting and perceiving events with inaccurate views, becoming socially withdrawn, its not a lifestyle they choose .

During an episode - losing insights in to their problems, losing the ability to make their usual judgements. Huge changes in their moods and processing their thoughts, that influence all of the following, leaving them feeling wrought.

Perception -interpreting reality. Behaviour - not in control of their sanity.

Cognition-logical progression of thoughts memories and ideas, mood - emotions, detachment and fears.

Personality - sense of self and identity, Psychosis - a loss of their own sanity.
