Paint hides many things. Spots and freckles Engagement rings.
On the canvas we are concealed But there are few things That cannot be revealed.
Paintings are forged so easily Make some money Problem free
Paint is not innocent, inside its' tube It thwarted and distorted The artists' views
Take Henry VIII, he was fooled He was shown a painting The time he ruled
Painted fair, he met her of course But upon meeting She resembled a horse.
He turned her away, in bitter disgust See, paint does deceive. So let it rot into dust.
