And the clock tower chimed ten.

Eleven.

Twelve.

Thirteen.

And as the thirteenth chime rang throughout the small town of Bounderville, England, everything fell silent. The trees stopped dancing in the midnight wind and even the moon- dog's howls dissipated to none.

The people grew frenetic as the sky gradually changed, colours of pink and yellow and orange when then- on the strike of a minute- the moon disappeared.

The people's frantic calls on the whereabouts of the moon were panicked and shocked.

The skies fell silent once more, and in the blink of an eye everything was burning.

Flames, fire, dancing with heat and anticipation- a storm- induced frenzy of battle on battle lit up the night of the Thirteenth.
