In his room he talks to this friend. From his conversation with this friend, we figured, it was a girl he was talking to. When he goes up to his room, we hear him talking to her, dicussing things that happened in school. He turns the television on and watches with her. We can hear him talking about the show. He goes out of his room only to get food, then he starts to talking with her again. When he goes to sleep, we think that he imagines cuddling her. Poor boy, talking to himself again or that so called invisible friend. (other people's point of view)
What really happened: he sneeks his girlfriend in his room. Did all the things above and sneeks his girlfriend out again.
