You know, we take electricity for granted... It's just, everywhere, really. We have just gradually begun to think that it always will be.

But it's at times like this - black-outs or power cuts - that you really begin to appreciate what you have...

You may take that candle or light bulb as just something that will never die... But when that light fizzles out, that's when you realise that your all alone in the dark, trying to feed the cat from a packet of food, while holding the torch with your chin, that you realise you need electricity. But proper light especially light bulbs.

Just getting my thoughts down!
