Part 2: The Cry for Help
The mother watched the dragon carefully, watching it's every move. The dragon was getting agitated. The mother looked deep into the dragon's bright ruby red eyes; the dragon turned to stare at her then began to quieten down. The dragon stretched then lay down across the gate. The dragon started to moan and groan like it was trying to talk but the chain around it's mouth was tightly fitted that it couldn't open wide. "Why have you been captured? You look powerful then your master," the mother asked. The dragon started to groan once again then started to bang it's tail across the floor. "I wish I could help you but I'm also stuck behind some bars." The mother looked towards a narrow window where the dim light was peering through. The mother gazed into the atmosphere and the dry concrete floor stretched out like it would never stop. The mother knew that someday her children would be charging down within the distance making their way to rescue her. The mother sat down on the dirty damp floor watching a rat scurry around looking for some food. The mother looked into her pocket to see if she had anything, she found some bread crumbs and handed it over to the rat. The rat nervously strolled over towards the bread while keeping an eye on the mother. "Thank you," the rat squeaked while taking a nibble, "this is so lovely did you bake it yourself." The mother stared at the rat for a minute looking puzzled as if she heard a voice. "Why would a rat be talking to me, snap out of it Rachael, you're going crazy," the mother spoke out loud. "Well actually I can talk because you're in Pandora, a world full of talking creatures. You know that dragon over there, he can talk but only to a summoner, that's why you couldn't hear it because you're not a summoner. The Dark Demon takes control of the dragon, so that he does bad things such as killing innocent creatures by using his Excalibur. So cruel, I feel sorry for that dragon but I can't help because I'm too scared because he might attack me." The mother shook her head vigorously, her blond hair swayed side to side. "Pandora, so I'm actually in a different world?" "Yes this is the magical world where beasts, mages, warriors and other creatures live. Well actually I've lived here for five years now and this dragon had been here since the day I remember." "Then why haven't you helped that poor dragon! It wants to be free just like any other creature," Rachael yelled. The goblin slides shutter to find out what all the shouting is about. The goblin can see the mother just chatting in a corner looking down at the floor. "How strange, what the hell is she talking to her-self for? weird woman." The goblin slammed the slider shut and sat back down on a wooden stool. "Are you a summoner because some how you sound like you know how the dragon feels?" the rat asked sternly. "Well no I'm just a normal person that's been captured by that horrid creature," explained Rachael. "Then there you go, you don't even know what it feels inside, maybe it just wants to gobble us up." "I know I'm not a summoner but I know when a creature feels annoyed and upset about something. Just look at it! Can't you see what I'm talking about? All the dragon does is sit there knowing that it would be off the next day sacrificing more creatures and not knowing anything until it comes out of the hypnosis. If you don't want to help then scurry off because I'm not giving up until I have freed the creature!" "You know the creature is a Pandora Protection Force, there are thousands of creatures like this one but the summoner had to find them so that the summoner can protect Pandora from evil. There hasn't been a summoner since the other one sacrificed himself to save Pandora. The creatures had to choose who the chosen one is but it kept on refusing saying that the chosen one is not in Pandora. So without a summoner, pandora is doomed after all." The small rat scurried off back inside a medium sized hole. The mother curled up into a ball in a corner and thought for a while, then finally fell into a deep sleep.
