Part 2 No Way Out
Jasmine started to climb the wall that felt damp and slimy, as she climbed, her foot gave way making her slip all the way back to the start. Jasmine turned sharply round to find three creatures staring at her. There was a giant spider that had eight hairy legs and six amber coloured eyes glaring down at her, a giant scorpion with a long curvy poisonous tail with massive pincers that could easily crush its prey and the last creature was a long silvery snake with sharp fangs and a rattle on the end of its tail. Jasmine's heart began to race, making her blood flow rapidly around her body. The creatures could sense the heat waves pouring out from her body. They circled around the girl blocking her way out.
The girl stood frozen staring at the creatures, all of a sudden the scorpion launched its deadly tail. Jasmine remembered when her mother took her to gymnastics, learning how to balance and do tricks on the vault. Jasmine quickly came to, she tried to move but her body wouldn't allow her, so she clamped her teeth onto her hand piercing through the body tissue. The blood gushed out flooding the floor. Jasmine waited for the right moment to dodge out of the way. The tail was an inch away from her, so she did a summersault into the breeze, while the tail smashes into the ground. The snake then opened its mouth aiming for the young girl. Jasmine saw the giant snake coming for her, so she grabbed the snake's fangs to flip herself towards the entrance where she had come from. Before she reached the floor the spider sprayed a long piece of string that wrapped Jasmine up from top to bottom. Jasmine fell to the ground with a thud. The fragile girl tossed and turned trying to free herself but the thick web just tightened cutting into her skin like barbed wire.
Someone up above was watching and could see that the child was in danger, so it swooped down to the rescue. The spider scurried over towards the child and opened its mouth ready to eat its meal, when some hooves came flying into the spiders face. The spider was flung back and smacked his back up against the wall. "That teachesss you for being too greedy," the snake hissed. The spider forced himself up onto his legs not knowing that a boulder was falling right on top of him. The enormous boulder squashed the giant spider flat.
The mysterious creature untangled the webs by using its long thick horn to free Jasmine, while the snake and scorpion was distracted. Jasmine picks herself up off the murky ground, then whipped the access of silky webs off her clothes. She looked up to find a beautiful white unicorn with great white feathery wings and a golden horn with a bit of web that was hanging from the point. "Quickly young child," whispered the unicorn," climb onto my back and hold on tight." Jasmine quickly mounted the unicorn. The unicorn galloped and flapped its wings taking flight towards the exit above.
The snake saw the unicorn out of the corner of its eye. "You will not essscape," the snake snapped. The snake flung its self at the unicorn, digging its long pointy fangs into the unicorns thigh. The unicorn neighed out loud, knocking Jasmine all the way back into the pit. The snake wrapped its whole body around the unicorn dragging it back into the pit, while crushing the bones inside. Then the scorpion swung its long tail bringing it back down into the unicorn's belly.
The poison was spreading around rapidly. Jasmine could see that the unicorn needed help. The pen began to glow inside her pocket. She pulled it out to find that the light is getting brighter. The blinding light was so bright that it filled up the whole cave. The creatures gave out a screech and then scurried off towards the entrance. Jasmine was shocked of what the pen could do. She hurried over towards the unicorn that was wounded within the fight.
Jasmine could see that the unicorn was shacking all over and it's eyes were dropping because the poison was spreading very fast. The pen began to glow again but a different colour it was a lime green. The pen shot out bright sparks that landed on to the unicorns wound. The green sparks were removing the poison within the unicorn,s wound and healed up the gash.
The unicorn tried to lift its self-up from the damp floor but collapsed. "My body hasn't fully healed, I must rest here, hopefully the creatures are scared to come back. Thank you for saving me from those creatures, by the way I'm princess Yuna from the castle of Pandora." Jasmine's fave dropped. "You're the princess!" Yuna stared at the object that was in Jasmine's hand. "I see that you have the magical wand that we have been looking for," explained Yuna. Jasmine held the wand up. "So this is a wand?" thought Jasmine. "Come over here and sit by me, I can tell you about the wand." Jasmine walked over towards the princess and sat with her legs crossed. The unicorn rolled her eyes, "Now where do I begin."
