I was in the doctors this morning feeling very sorry for myself, an elderly man came to ask me if I was ok, he smiled and lit up my day...
Just before he left he said
"I'm 79 in June and I still think I'm 23!"
What an amazing man, I want to feel like that when I'm 79, what inspiration.
I'm still smiling
