PLEASE Text someone, call someone, email someone, anyone NOW and tell them that they're beautiful and priceless. Tell them the good things about them ( their hair, their smile, their honesty, personality).
You never know who might need to hear it. It may save their life. Normally, the people who need it are the people who act fine, the people behind the shields.
