I'm currently writing a summary of an article regarding how a Canadian (Mark J. Carney) is becoming governor of the Bank of England. Apparently he's the first foreigner to lead the bank.
I'm aware that many of you live in Great Britain, and as I'm a student that loves to learn, I figured it would be interesting to find out what kind of opinions you all have.
