A few months back, when I was in the subway, a woman dropped her hula skirt. No, she wasn't a whore that dropped her bottoms wherever she went. She wasn't even wearing the hula skirt; it was in her bag.
Well anyway, it fell out and I was having a bout of rudeness or something, so I didn't pick up the skirt, although it was pretty much in front of me. Instead, I walked away, toward my friend.
The woman was standing with a few other people, all of them with a bit of clown makeup on. They all wore silly clothes too. I think that they were in Godspell, because we were near Broadway and in Godspell they wear clown costumes. It's a creepy/cool production.
Well, this lovely man, who looked a LOT like John Legend, picked up the skirt and handed it to her, and he even struck up a conversation with her.
After we all boarded the subway, they continued to chat and laugh and hit it off...
So that's how I played Cupid in the subway. My rudeness united two people together. And because of me, they will have adorable and talented babies.
You're welcome :3
