He was a New Era Explorer, the company C.E.O, he had access to privileged info, that only the rich can know.

It would be his first expedition, and he hoped it would not be his last, as he set out on his mission, to find a relic from the past.

He had put a team together, the best experts in their field, and they all stood gathered round, as their mission was revealed:

"We are heading to Bolivia, to an ancient, buried tomb. My team of archeologists have found a hidden room, beneath which is a passageway, as yet still unexplored, though local tribes speak legends, of a Spanish treasure hoard."

"I have brought you men together, because you are the very best, and the location of this passageway, will put us to the test".

"It's a very remote location, so we'll be airlifted in, the chopper will arrive at 06.35, so gentlemen, shall we begin?"

"Mr Sampson here's our diver, it's almost certain we'll get wet, next, Jorge and Bryan Heinkel, our Cavers, whom, we must not forget!"

"Please meet Hose, Manuel and Diego, these are our Bolivian guides. A scout, translator, interpreter, these men will deal with the tribes."

"Professor Sherman, our historian, Dr Price, our scientist, and David Bray, Security, right!, that completes our list."

"Now introductions are over, let's get down to the plan. I want this to be seamless, because I'm just that kind of man".

It was eerily quiet in the jungle, as the chopper flew away. Their rendezvous, via G.P.S, was due back in three more days.

Now though, the silence was deafening, for the ten men on the ground, and they quickly set up base camp, in a clearing the scout had found.

The translator looked at the scout and said: "Hey, are you ok?" "Yeah", he said, "..but I've never known the jungle quiet this way?"

"Right Then! Let's get moving! Time is money! Tally-ho!" The Bolivians where silenced, by the "Explorer-CEO".

Now deep down, inside the tomb, the passageway was seen, and the Cavers went into the dark, ahead of the rest of the team.

A steep decent, and then a climb, the air was damp and thin. When the team encountered water, the diver was first in.

A swim, a climb, a passage tight, revealing the most magnificent sight. A room calved out of solid stone, smooth as marble, white as bone.

"Oh this is marvellous, oh this is good!", said the CEO to his team, "This is Good?"

There in the centre of the room, on the floor, sat a plain looking box, made of clay, nothing more.

Upon it no markings, no hinges, no locks. Not much of a treasure, just a single clay box.

The Explorer was disappointed, he wasn't going to pretend. Then he went over and opened the box......

The End.
