When I woke up I knew I needed to find out who that girl was, what she was doing and what else is hiding in that jungle.
It's easy to leave the Elten before noon, but getting back is a different matter. It takes at least an hour to reach the opening of the jungle, and then that doesn't leave much time to explore- If i decide to stick to the rules... Which is unlikely.
I sat in the Guranga tree as usual, waiting to see a new creature. There was one beast in particular I'd been looking for, The Ankipp. I'd read about it at the library in an old book, it's says the book was written by Zafe Lebon, the most fearless explorer to ever live. The Ankipp was deadly, you must never look it straight in the eye- that would be disastrous.
Suddenly I felt a nip on my shoulder, as I swatted, what I thought was a Gubble Fly, I felt a much bigger insect and plucked it off so it was trapped in my palm, I slowly drifted into a deep sleep.
