Later that night Danny came into our room, I hadn't left since dinner.
"I'm sorry about what happened earlier" he said. I kept silent. He put his arms around me, I didn't move. "I love you Eve" he whispered. I kissed his soft rosy lips. "I love you too" I answered. He released me from his hold and I went to change. He was gone when I came back, I got into bed slowly and I thought of home, he place where my friends were, where my animals were, where I had a totally different life.
It was morning when I woke again, Danny was laid next to me. I slithered under his arm and onto his chest, he was warm, the warm like sunbeams through a window.
Breakfast was at eight, unlike yesterday, I was first at the table, then Adam then the others.
Breakfast was rather in eventful, to be truthful I didn't expect any less after last night.
Tomorrow we would be arriving in America, Danny's birth town. He said he had a surprise for me when we were there. I hadn't lied last night, when I told him I loved him, but I just hoped he ment it too.
I spent the day with mother, we were packing our stuff for America.
After lunch Danny came in with a box, he handed it to me and beckoned me to open it. As I undid the red bow, Danny held my gaze, I didn't know what to expect. It was a dress, it was the most stunning dress ive ever seen, the top was a pearl halted neck with a pink silk body.
" would you wear it tomorrow night?" Danny questioned.
"of course!" my eyes light up with joy. Tomorrow had to be something special if he'd bought me a dress like this!
