You don't feel nervous around them But you do stare 'What a cute hat' you think 'What lovely hair' You might walk over to them and ask them to a party And if they make a joke, you laugh is hearty You don't forget what you were talking about You don't go silent You make out that you're just a friend And together listen to a song by Rylan You might exchange phone numbers Until they move away. No matter, you're still in touch, There's a chance you could go there But not seeing them hurts too much And theres nothing you can bear Some one pokes your back You spin around and see them And you begin to crack You smile and giggle but you can't hold it in They say " I love you too" and that is that You are both laughing at nothing But know that it's ok You go to their house for the rest of the day You chat about what happened When you were both away You go to bed, nothing bad, all clean And you wake up with a familiar smile knowing what they mean You spend your days together How you always hoped it'd be There's nothing bad or dirty And you're living in harmony
