They met first at the tennis club The Lathams and Pryces, A heady mix of forty love Served up surprising vices:
Husband, wife in different pair - A mutual understanding. New partnerships which soon became Some serious back-handing.
With Mr. Pryce, Mrs. Latham found That she was boldly seeded On centre court the pair were caught And discipline proceeded.
So now that rackets are discarded A new match has been won - From upstairs windows, in weekly meets, Mixed doubles sound like fun!
