Sometimes I feel so lonely,
I have plenty of friends,
A loving family,
A good education.
But why do I feel so empty?
On the outside I look normal,
A young happy, healthy girl.
But looks can be deceiving.
Because no one can guess,
That inside I'm breaking.

If life seems fairly sweet and you can, hand-on-heart, find no justifiable reason for feeling so low, then it's probably just teenage hormones... Sorry if that sounds blunt?!?! I mean it in the nicest way - and hey, if I'm right, at least it'll pass 😉😉😘 Keep the faith (and perhaps tell someone you can trust about how you're feeling a little bit?) 😊
