I've just got back from seeing the Bob Marley documentary movie "Marley" and I would highly recommend anyone with even a passing interest in the man or his music to go and see it.

Everyone knows how popular his work is throughout the world, but his music is not all there is to the man. He was hugely influential in bringing people together, spreading a message of love and giving the weak a sense of strength.

And we all know how it ends, but it is heart wrenching still to see a man of so much talent and energy pass away so prematurely.

The only aspect the film doesn't dwell on are his extra marital affairs although they are touched upon briefly. He had eleven children with seven different women, and I'm sure in that sense, brought a lot of heartbreak into many peoples personal lives also.

This minor criticism aside, a fantastic biopic of a fantastic man.
