It's a beautiful day here but sadly I have to stay indoors and work as I'm nearing the end of my pharmacy degree.
It's at times like this that the lyrics of one of my favourite songs by The Roots, "Sacrifice", enter my head.
"Tell you one lesson I've learned, if you wanna get something in life, you ain't gonna get it unless, you give a little bit of sacrifice. Ooh, sometimes before you smile you've got to cry, you need a heart that's filled with music, and if you use it you can fly"
It just applies to so many situations and I always find these lyrics help me through those times of work when you'd really rather be doing something else.
