Lots of exercise no apartments. Needs adult supervision for small children. Great for families with older children. Coat repels water and dirt. Easy grooming but sheds a lot. Very trainable.With an Independent spirit!they look a little ugly to me!

Very adaptable from ether apartments to a barn!Wonderful health but has dental problems and needs teeth brushed once a week (my cousins have Maltese, they never brush their teeth!)a ton if grooming take it to a grooming place like pet smart. Train very early (the same cousins are breeders! My profile pic is Sophia the only girl,I taught her to climb stairs! Kinda good and kinda bad! She is only 7weeks old!) If it is to late to train...sorry charlie!a good dog for any body! As in family wise.
Secret;I'm not getting one because it barks a ton! And they aren't that smart.
