I watch from afar,
The birth of this bright star;
In the darkened heavens of my heart,
I'm torn asunder, pulled apart;
As it soars higher in my mind,
Leaving all anguish far behind;
Teasingly pouring light,
Into this dark and deadened night,
That is my soul.
