You have to have standards. There has to be a point where enough is enough, and you take your dignity and leave. They can be low. But a life without standards is a life without self-esteem. There has to be a point where you say "I think highly of myself, and I won't allow myself to tolerate any _______"
I've now drawn my line in the sand. Have you?
