I got lost trying to find my soul Travelled Travelled hard Fell in love Fell apart
Found I'd changed Found I was still the same Time moved on I stood still Yet nothing and everything had changed
Life had bent I was spent I sat down and thought awhile Took too long Wrote broken songs of lost dreams and smiles
Picked up my self Ached real hard Pushed and pushed and pushed the rest Tackled on, fought and lost But still I struggled, seemed the best
Finally up and onward I grow Up and beyond And over and thru My heart stopped once Never again, never again to accept being still
Time stands still Time to time We struggle against it all the same Smile and laugh Force it out Run, dance, hop, skip, don't be lame
Gotta laugh and laugh and laugh 'Til cheeks can only ache Rest a bit Lick lips, stretch face, be ready... Then crack a smile in laughters' place
Fill yourself full Bundles of chuckles Ha's and ha's Sides of you split in half Bent double with laughter For all happiness just give in Give in and learn to laugh
