16 January 2013

Hello again and today is Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Here's a poem I wrote about time. Enjoy.

As each hand ticks by in their surly ways, And ticks attack the tocks to pass the time, The omnipresent clock decrees the days, Reluctant; a philanthropist of life

As time goes on the days grow bleak and cold, To learn that growing up is just a scam, And that its just a title for the old, Or a child's dream of slaughter and the lamb,

As each hand tocks by with rhythmic passion, And we gray with every second hand's tick We realize time has taken action, And we have fallen victim to his trick,

As always, ZenMercury,
