Do you have a favourite poetry structure? Or just a rhythm that you automatically use?
I don't know the technical names for anything but this is one I use very often: A B C C B
For example: Alone in a paddock, not far from home, A worn out tree stands tall, To reckless boys, With makeshift toys, In its branches crawl
