There’s something about leather boots that makes me feel all funny with wedge heels, buckles, turn-downs, lace they’re really all quite lovely
in black or brown - in cool, blue suede in red and malt green too if I didn’t have to eat I’d spend it all on leather boots
I long to stride about the town on concrete - heels clacking a sweeter sound I’ve not yet found there’s simply something lacking
in paying rent, the water, gas or even other shoes if I had my jot I’d spend the lot on brand new leather boots
