As she sat there on the plane,
His ring upon her finger,
She felt the tingle of true love
And prayed that it would linger.
She gazed into his dreamy eyes
As he said 'we'll be together'
Until our love has worn away
And that will mean forever.
She kissed his cheek so tenderly
He slipped an arm around her waist,
As there came a cry.
" Sarah! Johnny! Come in now
It's time for your tea,
Get down of that wall- cant you hear me?
But those too kids were far away
In another land,
Playing this great fun game
Sitting hand in hand.
But alas there was no plane,
And no ring at all
Just to scruffy little kids
In love on out back wall.
