Chapter 2
I stared into his golden eyes for seconds before swiftly turning to face Damien and Luke. Luke elbowed me in the arm and grinned, showing longer than normal canines. I blushed slightly and changed the subject,"Did you guys do the art homework?"
Damien, who really wanted to tease me about the new boy, answered back in an angry tone,"Yes, the sketches of the forest ones?". I stuck my tongue out at him and nodded. Luke was about to answer but stopped and turned me round. I saw Kiera and her gang prowling towards Ben and laughed,"man, I feel sorry for that guy!". (Kiers is one of those people that think everyone loves them and that she is the most important thing in the world when really, most people just avoid her when possible)"you guys should go do something... Ask him to join in for football...", I sounded like I had known him for a while and was protecting him so obviously Damien caught on."Ooh! Have some feelings for him already do ya?" He grinned at me.
"not really, but anyone Kiera's after deserves to get rescued",I glared seriously at Damien .We had a slight dominance competition with our eyes but Luke ended it quickly by walking through the middle of us and shouting,"fair enough, come on Damien let's go". We gave each other friendly smiles and respectful nods before gently parting our ways. I turned and followed them with my eyes. I watched kiera lean on Ben's and a slight growl erupted from my throat which caught the attention of a teacher, I coughed to cover it up and thought to myself ' No... I can't be jealous... Can I? '
