Air

I swim through the aqua environment, my movements calm and relaxed as the sun reflects off my metallic scales creating a shining gleam above the surface of the water. My fins carry on weaving in and out, as I make my way through my huge home. I realise I am feeling slightly hungry. I quicken, keeping my eyes open for a snack. Oh! A piece of mackeral drifts through the water, bobbing along in a rythmic pace. I seize the oppurtunity and prepare to chomp down on the food when suddenly a piercing pain shoots up through my mouth. No. I fell for the trap. My mouth is hooked and I squirm and struggle to be free. The pain increases as I am dragged out of my peaceful surroundings into an suffocating hell. A strange creature pulls me out of the water towards itself. I can't breath. Air. I need air. The creature places me on the ground as I try to breath but don't succeed. Air. It lifts an odd shaped tool and brings it down towards my head. No. Air.

Darkness.
