Just... the more time you spend thinking about it, the more your mind blows things out of proportion. When you take a step back, or you confront your fears, you'll often find out that it really was just a figment of your imagination

And I find, because your mind is creating these scenarios, you find it much easier to believe that than the truth, if that makes sense?
And then your mind tends to go out of its way to notice every single little thing and completely over analyze it... still with me? It's a fun thing, paranoia
But that's all it is: Paranoia. And it's not necessarily a bad thing - it just shows how much you want to be with her, which is a good thing
I'm rambling now x) So in conclusion: Chin up dear Don't put your mind to the future - just deal with one day at a time and eventually you'll get out of the dark scary paranoia place
