How many times will they go through this?
You really are starting to take the piss!
Promising always that they will go out for the night,
Then you can't be bothered so you have another fight.
She fights back the tears nearly every time,
Anger bubbling inside with no reason or rhyme.
You lay there with no get up and go,
How you don't get bored well, she'll never know!
Where is the love that should be blossoming round?
This time her foot is firmly on the ground.
Treat her the way that you should,
I know you can and when you do it's good.
I wish that you could swap places for the day,
Would be interesting if then you would stay,
You'd see how it felt to be a girl,
And think the things they keep inside well.
Emotions flying all over the place,
The tears that trail down your pretty face.
When you are let down once again
By the man that's meant to be more than a friend.
How would you feel to be in her shoes?
Always feels like a fight That she will lose.
So please, stop a while and really think,
Pull up a chair and pour yourself a drink.
This girl that is meant to be your all,
Is not gonna wait for your call.
She's really at the end of her tether,
Hold onto her now or you'll lose her forever.
