I want to think of happy thoughts,
Like kittens, ducks and babies,
definitely not dark ones though,
like open wounds and scabies.
I'll think of stars and seas and kites,
and lollipops and swings,
and not of wargs and cockroaches,
and associated things.
Of a sunset sky and moonlit waves,
I'll ponder all the while,
but from thinking thoughts of dirty loos,
I'll choose to run a mile.
I believe that CBT can really help your mood,
so my mind will be a smiley place to help me not to brood. :)
