I look outside the window,
And stare into the sky.
I hope this is the landscape,
Around me when I die.
The stars light up the whole night,
Breaking through the clouds.
The moon leads them the way,
So silent yet so loud.
The dark blue sky enchants me,
I never want it to end.
I stare until my eyed blur up,
The window's my best friend.
I realise I'm lucky to see this,
They aren't disguised by the city,
And then I think I should give
Those who can't see it some pity.
In the midnight moonlight,
I day dream all the while,
The beauty of the sky,
Shows my inner child.
