Creature of the night, a shadow by day,
For when the sun rises, it must hide away,
Blood drips off lily-white fangs,
Jet black pelt where moonlight hangs,
Eyes on fire with blackened flames,
The winds that whisper a thousand names,
Diamond tears fall to the ground,
A sadness comes with every bound,
Tail swishing as it walks slowly past,
Evil in its footsteps, ever so fast,
Time stands still as it lifts its head,
Growls and traipses through the trickling red,
Trees bow and shadows dance,
Oceans lift and become entranced,
The mighty beast that lumbers through,
Ever so wild and ever so true,
Darkness itself bows its head,
To this wonderful creature, terror, dread,
Fear it, it will find its prey,
The terrible injustice ends today,
It is coming.
