Should use it to your advantage and play pranks on pple. My brother's mate apparently was doing some decorating in a haunted house. The owners never told the guy yet he kept hearing strange sounds and things were missing. It was only until after they told him he freaked out. The owners even rent that property out to pple without telling tenants its haunted. Not a unique selling point for potential tenants i guess lol
