For the rest of my life,
My best friend had gone,
She'd been stabbed with a knife,
It was just wrong.
The day I'd been told about her death,
I just couldn't believe my ears,
It immediately took away my breath,
She'd been my best friend for many years.
I now had a huge hole in my heart,
