My heart is finely splintered,
I'm breathing shallow breaths,
Every step you take from me,
I die a thousand deaths.
You silhouette is fading,
I'm just another face,
Sunlight breaks my dead facade,
Without you I've no place.
Your footsteps I no longer hear,
Your breath and eyes I miss,
Instead regret forms cloudy ghouls,
Which mock me with their kiss.
Remembering what once we had,
As the sunlight touches ground,
You've left me useless to the world,
I'm deaf without your sound.
I'm blind without your eyes to see,
Touchless now you've left,
You're gone, I'm 'lone, and all I feel-
Is utterly bereft.
